The Sales Leadership Effectiveness Profile™

Establishing the ‘benchmark’ for great sales leadership, PHASE ONE commences with a ‘reality check’, where each sales team provides anonymous web-based feedback on their manager’s current levels of leadership effectiveness and their own levels of ‘engagement’, ‘enablement’ and ‘empowerment’ – what we call E3. Strengths and weaknesses are identified, enabling customisation of The Sales Leadership Experience™ immersive-learning component and providing further 'seed material' for Mission Nine™ coaching.

Each manager receives their feedback and then sets 5-7 professional development objectives to achieve over the next 6 months. And because our name is Leadership In Action, WE WILL ALSO BE MEASURED AGAINST THESE.
